Using our services
If you wish to submit an application, we will ask the details and contact information necessary to provide our services (conform GDPR article 6.1.b). We use the information internally in order to guarantee the quality of the service. Splaire.tv staff are obliged to respect the confidentiality of the information (conform GDPR article 28). We will not share any information to third-parties unless an explicit agreement has been made or if required to provide our services, in which case we only do so under a strict agreement where confidentiality of personal information is guaranteed conform the rules provided by the GDPR (see GDPR article 28 regarding ‘processor engaged by other processor’).
Communication
When contacting us we may save the conversation data if necessary to guarantee the quality of service. These conversations may contain (personal) data relevant to the situation concerned.
Storage
All data collected are stored on secure servers only. All processing and storage is done inside the EU conform the GDPR.
Cookies
When using the Splaire.tv’s website there will be no cookies stored on your device.
Retention period
All personal data will be retained for a maximum of 6 months after the latest correspondence or after termination of the user license. The only exception is the retention requirement by (fiscal)laws. Amongst other things this includes transaction data, data required for (inter)national security etc.. (this data is processed on grounds other than ‘consent’ as described in GDPR article 6.1)
Rights and Restrictions
You have the rights to access (GDPR article 15), rectify (GDPR article 16), erase (GDPR article 17) and restrict processing of your (personal)data (GDPR article 18). We provide these by requests which can be send to support@splaire.tv. We will assess the request and act within reasonable time-limits unless there are compelling legitimates grounds of processing which overrides the interest of the request (conform GDPR article 21.1)
